Human Resources Analyst Required in Dubai - Dubai

Job Overview:

A detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills with a particular emphasis on HR reporting and analysis. This role will also involve ensuring that the HRMS is consistently updated, issuing employment-related letters, and supporting employee orientation.

What you’ll do:

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Generate regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover rates, absenteeism, employee demographics, and other key HR metrics.
Conduct analysis on HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, providing actionable insights to HR leadership.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop dashboards and visualizations that highlight key HR metrics and support strategic decision-making.
Administer surveys and employee activities
Issue employment-related letters and support the HR team with ongoing employee documentation, including maintaining up-to-date personnel files.
Coordinate the logistics for new employee orientation sessions, including scheduling meeting with key stakeholders, materials preparation, and buddy system administration.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their initial weeks, addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain and organize both electronic and paper HR files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports to government agencies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Professional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
Proven experience in HR reporting and data analysis is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
