Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist with The Warrior Group. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. This is an on-site role located in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of employee benefits
Personnel management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the event management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
