HR Officer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Our client is a leading financial institution based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), renowned for its dynamic environment and commitment to excellence. They are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join the team and contribute to their continued growth and success.
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in managing employee benefits and payroll administration
Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support, systems and payroll
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
Collaborate with HR team members on various HR projects and initiatives
Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations in DIFC and ensure compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role within the financial services, banking, professional services or legal sector.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and payroll and systems is essential.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in DIFC
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/HRIS software systems.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
Experience working in the DIFC or a similar financial hub
