Human Resources Specialist Required in Dubai

We are Dubai's top wholesale flower and decor supplier with 20+ years of expertise in Europe and Asia. We are looking for an active HR specialist who will be able to help us build strong and efficient team, maintain friendly and supportive atmosphere, as well as organise our internal paperwork.

Responsibilities

- Compilation and placement of announcements (Internet, media, social networks)
- Search and selection of candidates
- Interviews online and offline
- Support of candidates from interview to employment in the company

- Introduction to the position, familiarization with the rules of the company
- Organization of internal training
- Interaction with managers during the trial period of new employees

- Maintaining company personnel records
- Admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations, staffing
- Filling, accounting and storage of employment documents
- Control of labor discipline
- Development, correction of internal local regulatory documents, job descriptions

Qualifications

- Work UAE experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
- English fluent speaker
- Knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage
- Confident PC user
