Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
Previous sourcing experience in the banking industry is preferable
Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to continuously improve and innovate sourcing strategies
Fluent in Arabic and English
