Senior Human Resources Coordinator Required in Dubai

Take the ownership of HR Department, initiate and maintain the recruitment cycle i.e. search, screening and recommendations.

Continuously review the HR Department policy and procedures and provide recommendations for enhancement.

Maintain and sustain legible and accurate employee data base.

Liaison with relevant Government department and ensure in-depth knowledge of civil law and employment mandatory law and updates

Maintain accurate employee attendance, records, payroll, annual leave credits and all employee allied requirements i.e. uniform/ security number / health insurance / air ticket/ end of service / personal need/ training for improvement.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and functions are included. Other duties may be assigned:

1. Candidates search, screening, recommendation, on boarding

2. Responsible for all company employee communication

3. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting

4. Employee service, counselling, disciplinary action

5. Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system

6. Employee compliance of regulatory concerns and reporting

7. Compensation and benefits administration e.g. daily allowance, incentive, sales commission

8. Develops contacts to universities, Technical Schools, recruiting agents & head hunters.

9. Manage the recruitment of basic job functions within the organization

10. Manage the payroll system

11. Manage absenteeism

12. Review and present to line manager/ senior executives annual leave application

13. Manages and ensures employment contract comply to all applicable country's Statutory requirements

14. Manage KPI per employee essentially for service and sales employees

15. Insures the implementation of the employee code for every company

16. Present, review annual salary and manpower budget

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, accounting or any related field
Minimum 3 years of related experience in HR, Administration and Payroll
Basic knowledge in accounting
Productive, with high integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
A high level of computer expertise required, including MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills
