Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR function in our Corporate Finance and Corporate Services practices. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage employee relations and ensure that all employees are treated fairly and consistently.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
• Develop and implement performance management systems and provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits, including monthly payroll.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a corporate finance or corporate services environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
