IT Recruiter Required in Dubai
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter who possesses excellent logical and analytical skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top IT professionals while effectively managing the entire recruitment cycle. Additionally, the IT Recruiter will be expected to possess a strong ability to visualize the roles they will hire, ensuring that the right candidate is matched with the right job.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy for each position.
Identify and source top IT talent through various methods such as job postings, networking, referrals, social media, etc.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and experience.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate identification to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
Use data to track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements in the recruitment process.
Work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills And Experience
At least 4-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a Staffing environment
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies
Excellent logical and analytical skills, with the ability to visualize roles and match candidates to job requirements.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top IT talent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Education: bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
