Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

To support the overall business and operations related to all human management activities. The objective is to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Principal accountabilities

▪ Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.

▪ Advise manager on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend change when needed.

▪ Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policy to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

▪ Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interviews and select applicants.

▪ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures.

▪ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

▪ Plan, organize, direct and control or coordinate the personnel training or labor relations activities of an organization.

▪ Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and help in resolving work-related problems.

Recruitment

▪ Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned

Recruitment

▪ Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned departments

▪ Understanding the requirement and accordingly draft and reassess job descriptions and getting it approved from the concerned in charge.

▪ Source candidates that match the desired skills.

Employee welfare

▪ Review and update employee rules and regulations

▪ Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness

Induction and On-boarding

▪ Plan and conduct employee orientation

▪ When a candidate is finalized and selected, send him the offer letter or LOI.

▪ Providing a description on the policies, procedures and culture followed by TLH.

HR policies and manual

▪ Create and maintain an updated HR manual.

▪ Reassessing and amending it as per operational requirements and DM regulations.

Attendance and leave records

▪ Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees

▪ Filing the leave forms and keeping track when leaves are taken in coordination with operations.

Qualifications & Experience

▪ Bachelor’s degree level

▪ At least 3 years work experience in the service industry

▪ Knowledge on computer systems

▪ Strong human relations skills

▪ Strong service orientation

▪ Good command of English

▪ Strong interpersonal skills

▪ Strong communications skills
