Our client is a retail company and they are looking to hire 2 Assistant HR Projects Managers in Dubai

The role is responsible to support the HR Project Manager in planning and executing HR Project plan within the set timeline, budget and quality standards of the organization.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

HR Data Analytics and Insights
HR Data Management
Improvement / Innovation
Human Resources Frameworks and Tools
Information and Business Advice
Stakeholder Management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. Preferable specialization in Human Resources
Certification in Data Analytics
Over 4 years to 6 years of experience in Human Resources
Over 2 years of experience working in process improvements/HR Projects

Salary: up to 15k
