Human Resources Operations Specialist Required in Dubai

Provide administrative support for critical payroll and benefits systems and ensure compliance
Provides responsive and accurate transaction and data processing for a broad range of personnel transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and compliance with Company's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Receives, reviews and processes all relevant source data documentation pertaining to hiring, termination, employee status changes, special compensation and/or special contract assignments for entry into the Company's HR information system (HRIS).
Processes, monitors, and reviews incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Confirms accuracy and integrity of data entered; maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures updated information is available on a timely basis.
Resolves or assists in the resolution of policy-related, process-related, or procedural problems and/or inquiries received from department representatives, employees and/or applicants.
Interacts with client department in related employment activities, inquiries and issues and provides guidance using independent judgment as needed.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in Business, HR, Employment Relations or Organizational Development or other discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years progressive professional Human Resources experience.
