Job Summary:
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our company’s unique needs. This individual will be responsible for rolling out HR policies, implementing HRIS software, managing talent acquisition, and leading performance evaluation and appraisal strategies. The HR Manager will also oversee the recruitment team, ensuring that our hiring practices are top-notch and that we attract the best talent to support our luxury service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development & Implementation:
Design, adjust, and implement HR policies
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
HRIS Implementation:
Select, implement, and manage HRIS software to streamline HR operations.
Train staff on the use of HRIS tools and ensure system efficiency.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management:
Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
Manage and train recruiters, providing guidance on best practices for hiring in the luxury service sector.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Performance Evaluation & Appraisal:
Design and manage performance evaluation processes to ensure employees meet company standards.
Develop appraisal strategies that motivate and retain top talent, contributing to employee satisfaction and productivity.
Employee Relations & Training:
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
Develop training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in HR management within a luxury or high-end service environment, preferably in a luxury service concierge comapny.
Proven experience in implementing HRIS software and managing HR policies.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and experience in managing recruitment teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
