Assistant HR Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
The Assistant Manager-HR is responsible for fulfilling the company’s recruitment and operational needs by retaining and developing current employees, attracting new talent, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing overall staff happiness. The role involves leading performance management, employee relations, engagement, learning and development, and organizational change, as well as driving compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in candidate selection, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
Driving talent acquisition for both international and local hires.
Managing performance appraisals, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring legal compliance.
Reporting HR metrics to management.
Overseeing office management tasks, space planning, and coordination with the IT department.
Aligning with the Procurement team to meet business needs.
Enhancing employee standards, procedures, and benefits programs.
Supporting recruitment efforts and conducting orientation and training programs.
Requirements:-
University degree in Human Resources.
Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, with proven working experience as an HR Assistant Manager.
In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, HR systems, and databases.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Ability to architect strategy and demonstrate leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all company levels.
Salary is up to 15K AED.
