HR Supervisor Required in Dubai - Dubai
Our client is a leading automotive company, looking to hire an HR Supervisor to be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the human resources planning / plan of the business sector ( Sales, Functions), assistant the implementation of human resources policies, systems and key projects in the business sector.
Responsible for the organization optimization, manpower planning and job evaluation and job description
Responsible for regular talent inventory, lead to carry out vacancy position management, key positions succession plans, management promotion / transfer and other staff development related work
HR related work such as recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance, etc.
Qualification & Experience:
6 to 8 years of experience in HR handling recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance, etc. in UAE.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
Chinese or mandarin speakers will only be considered for this role.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English communication
Good computer skills & presentation skills.
