Human Resources Generalist Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive work environment. Address and resolve workplace issues in a timely and effective manner.
Training and Development: Assist in the implementation of training programs that support employee growth and development, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Performance Management: Coordinate the performance review process, ensuring it is conducted fairly and consistently across all departments. Provide support to managers in setting performance objectives and conducting evaluations.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records. Manage HR processes and documentation, including contracts, leave requests, and benefits administration.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with local laws and regulations. Stay informed on labor law updates and implement necessary changes in HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Language: Fluency in English and Malayalam is required. Additional language skills are advantageous.
