HR Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai
Administration will also play a key part of the role of HR Specialist and you will be expected to monitor iqama and Saudi visa document expiry dates, update changes in processes to the wider team and manage visas for all of the Riyadh employees. Reporting in to the HR Operations Manager, you will oversee and train a team of junior staff members and be the first point of contact for any escalated queries. It is therefore essential that you maintain updated knowledge on the rapid changes and innovations in Saudi HR and employment laws. Custody of all HR documents and information, you will have the opportunity to enhance and develop internal procedures to ensure the HR team are highly efficient and adopt best practices at all times.
In order to apply for this role, it is expected that you will possess at least 5 years’ experience within a similar HR operational capacity and have a strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia employment law and the necessary processes. Therefore, you should have GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Ministry of HR & Social Development (MHRDS) and work permit practical knowledge. In order to maintain efficiencies and updates you will have advanced IT skills and be comfortable in the use of databases to form reports and records. It is also essential that the successful Saudi National candidate is bilingual in both Arabic and English (spoken, reading and writing).
