Our client, a global leader in the retail industry, is actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with retail operations leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with and further the organization's business objectives.
As the key point of contact for HR-related matters, you will provide invaluable guidance and support to both employees and managers across a broad spectrum of HR topics.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with retail operations leaders to gain deep insights into their unique business goals and objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering coaching and support to managers on a range of HR areas including performance management, employee relations, and compliance matters.
Develop and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives tailored to meet the specific needs of the retail sector, fostering employee engagement and bolstering retention efforts.
Offer expert guidance on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with talent acquisition teams to identify and attract top-tier talent, vital for sustaining and enhancing retail operations.
Maintain vigilant oversight to ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role within the retail sector, demonstrating a profound understanding of its unique dynamics and challenges.
Fluent Arabic is a must
Showcase a track record of successfully building robust relationships with business leaders and delivering strategic HR support that drives organizational success.
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and possess a keen awareness of compliance requirements relevant to the retail industry.
Proven ability to provide coaching and guidance to managers on a diverse array of HR topics, including performance management and employee relations.
Display a high degree of autonomy and collaborative spirit, coupled with an unwavering commitment to delivering tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
