Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Human Resources Associate. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for HR Operations, HR Management, Training & Development, and Communication. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong knowledge of HR functions and requires a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
HR Management and HR Operations skills
Experience in Human Resources (HR)
Training & Development skills
Effective Communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in HR
Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Can speak and write English and Arabic fluently.
Willing to travel to Iraq.
