A leading global technology firm is looking to hire an Human Resources Business Partner in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in HRBP or related field
Hands on experience in OD interventions, HR projects, Policy creation and implementation
A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including UAE labor laws and regulations
Demonstrated expertise in the various HR functional areas, especially organization development, change management, and employee relations
The ideal candidates should come from technology companies

NOTE: UAE experience is a must

Salary

Circa AED 20k per month + benefits
