HR Officer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Role Description

This full-time HR Officer position is based in Abu Dhabi at Bin Murshed Group. The HR Officer will be responsible for providing support and assistance in various areas of HR, including but not limited to recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and benefits. The HR Officer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
Working knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with HRIS experience preferred
Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are a plus
Can join immediately
Willing to commute and relocate to Abu Dhabi
Salary range is AED 4,000 - AED 8,000 only
