Human Resources Associate Required in Dubai

This is a junior level trainee position. The role involves working with recruitment coordinators, candidates and interviewers. If you are an energetic, pro-active, looking for challenges to work for an international recruitment firm based in Dubai, then you are the one we are looking for.
Those who are under parents / spouse visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Study requirements of the job.
Prepare interview questionnaire.
Interview candidates through MS Teams / Zoom.
Coordinate with Recruitment coordinators / Recruitment managers.
Update Evaluation sheets.
Correspond in emails / WhatsApp with the stakeholders.
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Update regularly to MD.

Required Qualification / Skills / Experience

Bachelor's degree with Human Resources.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a recruiter.
Fluent in English a must.
Must be smart, accurate and pro-active.
Perfect and committed to timing.
Communicate flawlessly with all the individuals.
Must have remote work experience.
Proficient in LinkedIn.
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
Must be able to contribute at least 45 hours a week.

Job Location: Dubai / DIP Metro Station

Salary budget: AED 2K – 3K/month
