Key Responsibilities:

· Handle HR functions such as recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, benefits administration, pay-roll management, and HR compliance.

· Investigate & resolve employee issues

· Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies

· Maintain physical & digital records of employees Coordinate with the PRO on all labor & immigration related processing

· Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2‐3 years of proven UAE work experience in a similar

· Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures

· Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office & HR‐related software Proven ability to design and implement company policies

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Proficiency in English, Hindi & Malayalam
