HR Specialist Required in Dubai - Dubai
Position: HRBP -Specialist-SANY GROUP-Middle East
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab EmiratesJob Scope / Responsibilities
Including but not limited to :
1.Full process of recruiting. CV review and interview organization ,staff enrollment proceed etc.
2. HR documents management.
3. Payroll, Compensation and benefit management.
4.Have solid understanding of Human Resource related policies and labor rights regulations in Egypt.
5.Provide/ Invite relevant training expert and organize capacity building related training to the company staff.(e.g. English/Arabic language training, multicultural communication skills, general customer service skills etc.)
6. Organize team building events of the company.
7.Employee relationship management.
8. Promote company corporate culture and values.
9. Respect for diversity, and willing to work with staff with different cultural backgrounds.
Basic Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Work experience: more than 3 years of human resources related work experience, work experience from multinational corporate/international background is welcome.
3. Knowledge and professional skills: Have systematic human resource management knowledge, good at recruitment, employment relationship management, performance review, assist with staff’s career development goals, salary negotiation and calculation of the staff salary.
4. English and Arabic can be used as working language.
