HR Director Required in Dubai - Dubai
An exciting opportunity has come through from our client - a Global FMCG.
They are looking to hire an HR Director for their regional headquarters managing the RUMEA region.
This role is only for HR Leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit, who are looking to be ‘fully hands-on’ in a smaller setup, where they not only ‘call the shots’ but also follow it through, leading a team of 2 associates.
You will be the custodian of ALL HR functions including strategic planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Rewards & payroll, L&D, Talent Management, HR policies and compliance.
At times, you will also be working with the global Corporate HR team for new projects & initiatives in line with overall organizational goals.
The ideal candidate may have spent time in specialized HR functions, but then has subsequently moved into a more general HR role where they have been exposed to all aspects of HR.
Do NOT apply if you are looking to manage a large team and only have a strategic involvement in operational matters.
Qualifications:
- A graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s and other HR professional certificates eg. CIPD will be great to have.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR leader with team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Arabic language skills highly preferred
