About the job
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Efficiently use different tools such as Success Factors (ATS), social media, job boards
Plan and develop Talent Pools for the business in order to meet the requirements of the Hiring Plan

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, assisting with various HR related functions.
Proven work experience in recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws
Excellent communication and people skills
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Additional HR training will be a plus
Ability to manage multinational employees, hiring in multiple locations is a plus
Located in UAE
