Overview of the position

The Sales Manager would be responsible for managing large industrial businesses in B2B formats, keeping a tab on S&D of the region and other market information.

It is a well-rounded role that gives the experience of managing a large industrial clients, who are looking forward for expansion or new business opportunities.

If you have proven experience in managing for SEZ Sales roles in emerging/ Upcountry markets, the role entails absolute responsibility for both Country / Product levels. Exposure to Micro & Macroeconomic factors of the business environment would therefore require a strong conceptual and analytical bend of mind to operate in the international business environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Building a Strong Investor pipeline who have an interest in investing in Africa
Meet various investors and associates to give clarity related to the business environment, Ease of setting up business & Operating business in the Industrial zones of Arise IIP.
Influence and build a business case for clients to choose Arise Zones as a preferred investment location over other potential locations.
Undertake market research to identify key market trends and prospective investors
Communicate frequently and develop a strong working relationship with Association, Industry experts, and Partners.
Organize Roadshows and Investor Meet programs for potential inward investors in Africa.

Operations & Business Management

Contribute to the lead generation initiatives by attending trade shows & networking events and arranging seminars as required.
To follow up with various leads originated from the key offices or departments and coordinate with zone representatives for the smooth closure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including updating the CRM system regularly
Produce sales reports and analyses and provide case-related information required for external and internal reports
Handle the state representative team and closely work with them for generating quality lead and closure
Monthly review and lead analysis to the management .

Expertise Details:

Should have at least 10+years of experience in Industrial zone sales, African continent experience would be an added advantage .
Good negotiating skills and interpersonal skills
Have an ownership mindset.
