My client is a dynamic and innovative company committed to fostering a positive work culture. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Proven HR administration experience, preferably in the UAE.
Demonstrated recruitment coordination skills.
Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement programs.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
