HR Administrator Required in Dubai - Dubai

Swisslinx Middle East is looking on behalf of our client, an international financial institution based in DIFC, for an HR Administrator to join their team for one or two years contract.

In this role you will be working closely with the management team and manage all HR administration part for the office.

Your responsibilities include:

· Coordinating the hiring process and collecting all required documents
· Drafting contracts, letters, certificates
· Updating the company’s database
· Monthly salary payment preparations
· Assisting with any other office management projects / duties

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

· Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in an HR Administration role
· Good knowledge of the labour and UAE employment law/ or DIFC law
· Employees Onboarding/ offboarding experience
· Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
· Good level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook

Salary around 12,000 -14,000 AED monthly depending on experience and seniority
