HR Administrator (Arabic Speaker) - Dubai, UAE

Our Maximus HR Administrator support the Middle East region ensuring all HRIS processes and system-based actions are managed effectively and in a timely manner including, but not limited to, new starters and leavers, employment actions such as promotions and transfers, annual pay and bonus review and year-end HRIS system administration.

What will you be doing

Actions organizational changes, updates reporting lines and cost center adjustments in HCM.
Actions requests relating to new starters, leavers, promotions, leave and absence management, ensuring changes relating to payroll are captured in a timely manner and are available to be processed within monthly payroll.
Provides first level support to employees and line managers in the use of HR systems, employee or manager self-service.
Liaises with the HRIS system vendor locally to trouble shoot any issues and requests system development to the Head of HRIS to support employee or line manager requirements.
Creates new accounts and manages access permissions.
Actions any local system change requests as authorized through the correct sign-off in conjunction with finance or business leaders.
Ensures process flows are working and continually improved for onboarding and offboarding.
Ensures change requests are actioned following the correct authorizations.
Acts as and ATS super user and develops a good knowledge of Cornerstone to be able to provide first line technical administration support.
Reviews data accuracy monthly, following internal audit procedures.
Provides information to key stakeholders in line with delegated authorities.
Works closely with the finance and payroll departments to ensure monthly reconciliation of leave deductions, advance leave salary requests and unpaid leave.
Exports regular and ad hoc reports.
Creates reporting dashboards as needed to support business requirements.
Works with business reporting teams to ensure required data is provided on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Assists the wider HR team to use all available HR data to ensure HR analytics support all reporting, action planning and decision making.

A bachelor’s degree Diploma in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education background.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR shared services environment or equivalent capability.
Expert knowledge of HR systems.
Advanced knowledge of excel.
Experience of centralizing HR processes into a shared services environment
A desire to serve our communities and to work with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
Fluency in both English and Arabic language – written and spoken is a must.
To be tech-savvy with an ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
To have a desire to work in a high-performance, target driven environment.
