As a Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketing Specialist, will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement. will work to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze campaign performance
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
3. Manage social media accounts, including monitoring, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.
4. Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content for social media posts.
5. Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and generate reports.
6. Monitor key metrics and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
7. Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
8. Plan and execute marketing and social media campaigns, including budgeting and content ideation.
9. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by collaborating with different departments.
10. Utilize graphic design skills to market services and products on social media in a unique, luxurious manner.
11. Experience in graphic design, image/video editing, and content curation.
12. Collect customer data, analyze interactions, and create comprehensive reports for future marketing strategies.
13. Expand company's social media presence on new and existing platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
14. Research and monitor competitors' marketing and social media efforts.
15. Create and distribute engaging written and graphic content through newsletters, web pages, blogs, and social media.
16. Demonstrate social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools to ensure brand engagement online and offline.
Requirements
1. Graphic Design: Creating visually appealing designs, including images, illustrations, infographics, and layouts, using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
2. Social Media Content Creation: Designing and developing content specifically tailored for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. This can include posts, banners, cover photos, profile pictures, and ads.
3. Image and Video Editing: Enhancing and editing images and videos for social media posts, ensuring they are visually appealing and optimized for each platform's requirements, using video editing software and Apps.
4. Trend Awareness: Staying up to date with the latest design trends, social media features, and best practices. Incorporating new techniques and styles into the designs to keep the content fresh and engaging.
5. Analytics and Optimization: Monitoring the performance of social media content, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize future designs.
6. Deadline Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of design assets while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
