Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with our brand guidelines.
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and presentations.
Produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and information in a visually appealing and user-friendly manner.
Ensure consistency in design elements across different platforms and channels to maintain brand identity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills and techniques.
Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to develop design concepts that resonate with the target audience and achieve desired objectives.
Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
Present design concepts to clients or internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
