Responsibilities and Duties:
Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement creative concepts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to advertisements, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, and presentations.
Create visually compelling static designs and animated content that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages.
Assist in the production of film content, including reels, by providing creative input, editing footage, adding motion graphics, and ensuring high-quality output.
Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or other relevant tools, to create and manipulate visual assets.
Can curate visually aesthetic feeds on Instagram, adapt artworks to different platforms and have a good understanding of social media and the type of content that performs well on Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
Can research and source inspiration from Pinterest and other accounts, to eventually create your own twist on the design.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with other design-related tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Creative Director or senior team members.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in static and animated content design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both areas.
Experience in film content creation, including reels, is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages and align with brand guidelines.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and take feedback constructively.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
