General Accountant Required in Dubai -
Candidate should have experience in construction companies for at least 4 years and familiar with the daily routine such as :
➢ Day to day Book keeping.
➢ VAT Preparation, Submission and VAT Payment through exchanges.
➢ Preparing Cheques to the suppliers.
➢ Coordinate with Auditor to prepare the audit reports.
➢ Preparation of payments, Debit/Credit Notes and cheque/cash payment handling.
➢ Provide advice and guidance to mangers about HR related issues.
➢ Prepares monthly payroll and Processing WPS through Exchanges.
➢ Ensure regular contact with payroll and monitor timesheets including any overtime.
➢ Forwards staff request to the head office and makes follow ups(salary certificates, passport release).
➢Employee resignation, termination and cancellation process follow withPRO and Leave Management.
➢ Arranging Medical Insurances, Works men Compensation Vehicle insurances etc.
➢ Medical Insurances additions and deletions.
➢ Preparing monthly report for all utility payment in Excel sheet.
➢ Up to Date and control the employee list.
➢ Well knowledge about immigration procedures for employees.
➢ Coordinating for Recruitment and On − boarding Process for blue and whiter collar workers.
➢ Maintaining and Updating Employee Records (Hard & Soft Copies).
➢ Issuance of Employment Entry Permit Visa, Emirates ID, Residence Cancellation in coordination with PRO.
➢ Preparing and Processing Employees Leave settlement, Full & Final Settlement.
➢ Issuance of Airline Tickets to employees.
