Chartered Accountant Required in Dubai -

HIRING: Chartered Accountant - EXPERIENCE IN AUDIT & ASSET MANAGEMENT REQUIRED

Chartered Accountant with MINIMUM 3 years of experience in role required to join an independent DFSA regulated asset & fund management company in DIFC. Senior level position reporting to Finance Director. Responsibilities include:

-Supporting Financial Director with all in house finance

-Supervising and directing of outsourced accounting and audit.

-Periodic financial statements close process management

-Prepare and submit regulatory prudential returns, submissions, filings.

- Maintain monthly operating budget, cashflow forecasts, and process expenses, accounts, and payments

- Prepare or supervise and review (as applicable), management accounts and performance reports for the company and its entities.

-Maintenance of operating budget and expenses tracking

-Organisation and Supervising of audit.

-Cashflow forecasting

-Consolidation among group entities

Essential Requirements:

-CA / ACCA Qualified

-Minimum 3 years experience working with a "Big 4" company

-Experience in fund/asset management

-Data analysis and forecasting experience

-Organisation and planning skills

- Proficiency in IFRS, DFSA, FCA, FATCA, CRS prudential regulations and UAE VAT law

-Fluent English speaker

-Preffered to have worked with Real Estate, Private Credit and/or Venture Capital Strategies before.
