Front Office Receptionist Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Telephone Management:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Administrative Support:
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Coordination Tasks:
Schedule appointments and update calendars.
Assist in preparing meeting rooms for appointments.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide support to the administrative team and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply for this role
Preferred:
UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book (Required)
Prior experience in a similar role within the UAE.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Work Environment:
