Receptionist Required in Dubai - Dubai
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This role will ensure smooth and efficient front-office operations, serving as the first point of contact for the company. The job holder will attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming reception.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Notify staff of visitor arrivals and maintain a visitor log.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Support other departments with general clerical duties as needed.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Schedule Corporate Services drivers for transportation needs, document/cheque collection, and delivery to clients and institutions.
Schedule and verify Deputy Timesheets for Corporate Services drivers.
Provide Fuel Consumption Reports.
Undertake special projects assigned by the Line Manager or Department Head, involving data collection, analysis, and work process review.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelors in any discipline would be advantageous.
3 years’ previous experience in a front-of-house environment is essential.
At least 2-3 years’ experience as a corporate Receptionist in a clerical or administrative role required.
Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
Effective team working skills.
Good interpersonal, communication skills and telephone skills.
