Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and cleanliness.
- Assist in managing reservations and updating booking systems.
- Provide personalized recommendations and concierge services to enhance guest experiences.
- Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gather guest feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or holiday homes is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using reservation and property management software.
