FINANCE MANAGER REQUIRED IN DUBAI
We have an excellent opportunity of Finance Manager for a leading group of company in Honduras, Central America.
Job Location: Honduras, Central America
Indian & Pakistani Nationality preferred.
Qualification: Qualified CA (for Indian Nationality) or CA Intermediate (for Pakistani Nationality) preferred.
Minimum Experience: 5++ years in Textile Manufacturing Industry and with Cost Accounting Experience will be preferred..
WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY AND BE RELOCATED IN HONDURAS,CA.
Job Responsibilities:
• Complete Supervision of all accounting, financial operations and activities
• To approve and ratify all financial and accountings reports issued by the Finance Department
• Supervise and follow up on the preparation of the yearly business plan and the general budget
• Carry a comparative analysis between monthly actual and budgeted results and submit a study explaining these variances to the general manager.
• Carry a comparative analysis between monthly actual and budgeted cash flow and submit a study explaining these variances to the subsidiary general manager
• Coordinate with the general manager in respect of the dealings and activities with banks.
• Express opinion and provide the General Manager with advice and recommendations on financial matters.
• Ensure financial controls over projects contracted and that work is being done in accordance with the terms of contract or agreement
• To monitor and manage closely the cash flow of the subsidiary
• Ratification and approval of sales orders to customers in terms of available credit and other considerations that might have financial impact
• Project cost controls driven position
• Development and application of advanced financial concepts, techniques, and standards
• Development of new applications and techniques based on professional principles and theories
• Development of solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
• Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions
• Works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives
• Assignments are often self-initiated and the position is virtually self-supervisory
• Decisions affect the financial, contractual, employee or public relations posture of the organization
Skills/Competencies:
• Strong understanding of MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Must possess excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
• Have the ability to address a wide variety of audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Must have the ability to deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
