Group Finance Manager
Dear Candidates, we have a vacancy available for a finance manage, all applicants are required to read the responsibilities given below:
Group Composition:
1. Travel Agency
2. Land Transportation Broker
3. Limo Fleet operators
Total Number of Employees are 90.

Responsibilities:

1. Overall Responsibility of Financial Statements:

• Responsible for overall management and delivery of the finance department
• Preparing financial statements for management, providing regular financial reports as and when
they are needed
• Producing and analyzing annual and monthly accounts, from analytical point of view.
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Present financial reports to all partners, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.

2. Responsible for control Maintenance:
• Setting up procedures and financial controls for business.
• Regularly undertaking audits, involving the examination of the organization’s accounts, analyzing
risk, inspecting the organization’s current practices, investigating any financial irregularities and
recommending improvements.
• Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

3. Liquidity Management:
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment
requirements
• Maintaining the receivables and payables turnover to make sure availability of the liquidity in the
business.

4. Cash flow, Budgeting, Costing and Forecast:
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends, analyzing change and
advising accordingly
• Controlling income and expenditure including liaising with and administering payroll.
• Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow
analysis
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget
• Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals
• Managing expenditure, credit, payroll and investments
• Daily review of the movement in sales forecast based on the seasonal needs and availability,
market trends and probability of anticipated sales.

5. Determination of Pricing, Variance Analyzing Company’s
• Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing
• Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
• Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those
variances
• Carrying out business modelling and risk assessment.
Handling VAT (Value Added Tax) for whole Group:
• Acting as main point of Contact for any internal
6. VAT queries and external VAT advisors.
• Responsible for day to day VAT affairs, VAT reporting and compliance, since January 2018.
• Providing assistance to the team for implementation of VAT (e.g. reviewing of contract, liaising
with customer and supplier).

7. Legal Responsibility:
• Making sure office rentals are paid on time and Trade License is being renewed on time without
having any penalties.

8. Managing the Team:
• Managing colleagues in the Finance Team with different team management styles.

Applicant Must have following:

1. Qualification: ACCA OR CA (Part Qualified)
2. Industry Experience of Minimum 5 Years
