Chief Technology Officer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Location – Remote

Requirements:

Proven background in gaming technology, ideally across mobile, web, and console platforms.
Extensive experience with Unity; familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus.
Previous startup experience, particularly in scaling teams and departments.
Track record of successfully leading and managing distributed teams in a remote work environment.
Strong engineering and architectural skills; ability to contribute technically when needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team culture.
Passion for gaming and a drive to innovate in the industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of our gaming technology strategy.
Build and manage a high-performing engineering team from the ground up.
Spearhead the establishment of a new department focused on gaming technology.
Manage teams across multiple locations, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
Balance hands-on technical contributions with strategic leadership (50% management/strategy, 50% engineering/architecture).
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
