Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company’s business objectives and drives digital transformation.
Oversee the global IT department, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and support to all business units.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the IT team.
Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI on technology investments.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance business processes and improve customer experiences.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all IT operations.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and digital tools that can create competitive advantages for the company.
Mentor and develop IT staff, promoting professional growth and building a high-performing team.
What makes you the right candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role and have managed 15+ teams.
Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale IT projects.
Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Experience in the consumer goods is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
