CASHIER CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide Outstanding Customer Service to clients by booking them appointments over phone, dealing with any client complaint or issue, answering their questions about products or services and make sure they are booked efficiently with high quality while maintaining the great customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide an exceptional customer service to every client.
2. Handles client complaint professionally and make sure the complaint procedure is processed quickly and efficiently resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
3. Able to book a high number of bookings.
4. Manage staff roster
5.Any admin work if required to be accommodated.

9. Computer Skills (Excellent in Microsoft office applications and emails)
10. Have several years of customer service experience
