Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1)Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
2)Identify and anticipate guests’ needs and ensure personalized service is provided
3)Provide Food and Beverage services as required
4)Assist with any plans or arrangements the OWNER needs
5)Ensure that all requests from OWNERS are made possible and are followed up on
6)Fully understand and have knowledge of all in suite services, technology, amenities, functions and systems
7)Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
8)Follow procedures and service standards
9)Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirement:
INDIAN NATIONAL WITH ENGLISH & HINDI SPEAKING.
1)Previous customer related experience an asset.
2)Must possess a professional presentation.
3)Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal and communication skills.
4)Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset.
5)Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
6)Highly responsible & reliable.
7)Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
8)Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
9)Ability to focus attention on OWNERS needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
