OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Reports to: Operations Manager
Manages: Operators
Position Summary:
Primarily supervises Operators, ensuring efficient and smooth operation, maximum occupancy and optimum guest service and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Guide and support Operators in the daily performance of their duties.
• Maintain a thorough and complete knowledge of all operational procedures and assists in the administration of the BFEC operations.
• Handles all guest requests, complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensures a maximum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Facilitates the flow of information throughout the BFEC, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings within Operations
• Leads by setting a positive example to all employees.
• Maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
• Ensures safety by following guest check in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to security manager, or OM.
• Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods.
• Takes responsibility in the absence of the Operations Manager.

Skillset Qualifications
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Experience of motivating and leading a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.

Education and certifications
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or another related field.
• Computer Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.

Experience
• 2-3 years’ work experience within a related field, dealing with similar guests

Language and Communication Skills
• English
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Can train new staff on the job

• Revisit index
• Guests satisfaction

Working hours 38 Hours a week
Unsocial hours are a necessity due to the nature of the entertainment industry

Note: Filipino Nationality preferred
