Objectives of this Role

Hunting/prospecting and closing new businesses at all revenue levels
Generate and manage client pipeline to achieve new business and growth
Research, identify, and acquire clients on a consistent basis
Organize meetings to acquire business
Maintain strong relationships with clients and guarantee high standards of service
Be hands-on in all areas of marketing to create awareness and new business prospects
Keep potential client database updated
Attend relevant industry events
Achieve revenue targets and meet individual KPIs

Skills and Qualifications

At least 2+ years Business Development experience with a recruitment agency in the UAE
Excellent negotiation skills
Must have an outgoing and friendly personality
Constantly network with prospective clients through platforms/industry events
