Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s market presence in the security services industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure new business deals.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to achieve maximum results.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Stay informed on security regulations, compliance standards, and technological advancements in the industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the Security Services industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong knowledge of the security services industry, including manpower, surveillance, and integrated security solutions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and market research tools.
Self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as required.
