Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Taeknizon ME, a leading managed service provider specializing in cloud and cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding our market presence, and building strong client relationships within the cloud and cybersecurity sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the cloud and cybersecurity markets. Generate and qualify leads, and manage the end-to-end sales process.

- Client Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and industry influencers. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

- Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Develop and implement strategies to capture new market segments and grow the company's footprint.

- Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategic sales plans. Set and achieve sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

- Proposal Management:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.

- Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud technologies and cybersecurity solutions. Understand and effectively communicate the value propositions of our services to potential clients.

- Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing client expectations and addressing any issues that arise. Foster long-term relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the cloud computing or cybersecurity industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or cybersecurity are a plus.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, threat detection, data protection).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
