Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai
ALPAGO CONTRACTING, a firm that specializes in superluxurious fitouts and major renovations, is looking for a Business Development Manager, The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities to pursue and create business proposals of sustainable projects for Fit out / Major Renovations / Construction to potential clients
Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships and bring leads from direct / indirect clients, and major construction companies
Ability to analyze the market and establish competitive advantages in order to identify new business opportunities and bring new projects
Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills
Foster and develop relationships with customers
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Create and execute a strategy to grow the business in the Middle East region
Establish goals, marketing plans and sales target on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Identify potential partners to increase the company presence in the market
Conduct site visits and attend trade shows to understand the market and grow the brand
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Business Development experience (prefer 7-10 years) in the construction industry with a successful track record of building relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license is required
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
