Business Development Manager Required in Dubai - Dubai

Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Associating with General manager and develop local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives.
Collaborating with the management team to identify new business opportunity/new sales channels in Travel field.
Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.
Managing the sales to achieve the annual sales goals.

Skill & Qualification

At least 3 years of sales operation, business & team managing experience in sourcing company, trading business or international purchasing business in Travel field.
Having the team management experiences.
Excellent listening, writing and cross-cultural communication skills
Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.
Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.
Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.
Fluent English spoken and written is mandatory requirement.
