Boutique Manager Required in Dubai

Newby Teas is looking for an experienced Boutique Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the Boutique operations, insuring sales performance, brand recognition, superior customer service for customer’s satisfaction and database development.

Responsibilities:

• Achieves monthly and yearly Boutique Sales targets and KPIs set by the brand.

• Complete daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends and needs.

• Uphold company’s customer service standards.

• Develop and maintain customer database in CRM system.

• Manage Boutique Stock.

• Manage payments and financials.

• Manage operation issues.

• Adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Ensure that all visual merchandising directives are respected and well executed

• Represent the Brand well inside and outside of the Boutique.

• Up to date communication with local management and back office.

Other responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers about Newby Teas.

• Ensure that all customers are educated about our Newby Teas and its premium Tea products.

• Maintains highest quality, consistent product standards.

• Introduce new concept, new teas, ice teas, tea training and updating on new development at NEWBY etc to customers.

• Conducting trainings, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales associates

• Send marketing communication to all customers as directed.

• From time to time visit corporate gifting clients for presentation.

• Manage & handle other official responsibilities as will be assigned by the management from time to time.

Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as manager at a Luxury Brand

• Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience in luxury retail or hospitality environment, expertise in tea is a plus

• Strong operational leadership experience

• Skilled in merchandise planning, customer Service, driving results, retail, and inventory management.

• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.

• Good general education.

• Fluent English. Arabic is a plus.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Autonomous with good analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent communicator, able to develop a network
